Welcome to the website! That’s all I got for now… We should be recruiting artists to draw some robots in crayon for us, so expect material comin’ in soon. If you’re interested, or just want to email us, shoot us a message at mason@robotsneednot.com.

Just got back from the Chicago Comic-Con. Had quite a few artists draw some great robot illustrations in crayon, which I’ll be posting over the next few weeks. After those we’ll start posting actual strips and storylines written by myself and Joe and illustrated by rotating artists…
Contact us at mason@robotsneednot.com if you want to be a part of RNN, or if you just want to say hi.

It seems people are starting to visit the site. So, uh, welcome. I guess a good place to start would be the beginning, so go ahead and click the “<<First” link above, or for those who are lazy, you can click here.
For those of you who don’t know what is going on: you’re at a website about robots and illustrated in crayon. Anyone can submit anything that kind of possibly maybe fits that theme.
I’ve added a Digg button just below the comic and above the calendar on the right. So, you know, feel free to digg this shit.
This is what a failed RNN comic looks like:
My poor Cadet Blue. Illustrating with crayons is fuckin’ hard.

The “favorites” list for new people:
David – The beach and relationship games
Gln – Drink Coffee
My favorites: Jerk it and the start of our first actual storyline “Apply”
Joe had a lot of favorites, so you might want to just go take a look through the archives.

… to leave a comment. If you love, or hate, one of our strips then tell us! We’re new and we thrive on attention, good or bad.
Ideally RNN is a community of people who enjoy the idea of drawing robots in crayon. Go out there and tell someone about it, make the community bigger. Everyone’s encouraged to submit stuff, so do.

I couldn’t help but notice we’ve gotten a couple hits coming from author Brian Browne Walker’s blog. Thanks, Brian!
I’ve also noticed hits coming from twitter and facebook, which is an awesome thing. People are mentioning us to their friends!
We’re still fairly new at this whole web comic thing so every word, every link, helps. Even if you only have two facebook friends you should still tell them about us, because, I mean, why the heck not? So please, go out far and wide, to the masses, declaring our existence. We’d appreciate it. We’re attention whores.
